60-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Certification
About this Event
60hr Yin Yoga Teacher Certification
People, like you, are looking for ways to slow down, go inwards and focus on wellness in a much needed space of stillness.
Yin yoga is the "long-hold" yoga style with poses purposely practiced with a meditative focus on the breath while allowing time and gravity to deepen into the stretch. This yoga practice addresses the body's connective tissue, improving joint mobility, flexibility and mind-body awareness using specific poses, Chinese meridians and meditation.
Learn these self-care sequences to both help yourself and meet the growing demand for Yin yoga teachers—add our 60-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training certification to your skill set.
