Together we will explore how breath work, movement, and nature can help you reset, regulate, and reconnect. On retreat and at home.
About this Event

Join Lise and Alison for a relaxing 90-minute outdoor experience designed to help calm the nervous system, reconnect with the body, and simply enjoy being present in nature.

Life has a way of filling every available space.

Between work, family, responsibilities, and the constant flow of information around us, many of us spend our days moving from one thing to the next without ever truly pausing. These gatherings are an invitation to do just that.

Together we'll explore gentle somatic movement, Kundalini Yoga, guided SOMA Breath, and practical techniques you can easily incorporate into everyday life. Whether you're looking to reduce stress, improve focus, sleep more deeply, or simply create a little more breathing room in your week, this session offers a welcoming space to slow down and reconnect.

No previous experience with breathwork or yoga is necessary. Whether you attended one of our earlier summer gatherings or this is your first time joining us, you'll be warmly welcomed.

You will find us with yoga mats spread out on the grass near the children's pool (easy to spot).

Please arrive at least 10 minutes (or more) before the start of the session.

You may notice:

  • A sense of calm or clarity
  • Physical release or softening
  • A deeper awareness of your breath and body
  • Or simply a pause that feels restorative.

The practices shared are accessible, adaptable, and designed to support you both in daily life and, for those who are interested, within a deeper retreat setting.

Lise and Alison will close the evening with a brief introduction to our upcoming 9-Day Nervous System Reboot Retreat (November 7 – 15, 2026, in Mindo, Ecuador), for those who are curious to explore this work more deeply in a natural, immersive environment.

What to Bring
  • Yoga mat
  • Water bottle
  • An eye mask or eye covering (such as a towel), which can help deepen relaxation during parts of the experience
  • Comfortable clothing suitable for the weather that day
  • An open mind and a willingness to slow down
