About this Event

Centre yourself along the shores of the Rideau River during our free sunset yoga session led by certified instructors from Iron North Studio and Lesley Peace Fitness.

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, all are welcome to this accessible, outdoor event. Bring a mat and a friend to wind down as the sun goes down! Light refreshments will be provided.
