Summer Yoga & Wellness Sessions with Dawn Condon from Connected Living
A simple yoga practice that everyone can enjoy and participate in. Movements that can easily can be done on the floor or chair with lots of no pressure options for you.
Dawn will teach you breathing practices that help settle your nervous system and reduce your stress levels. Take a well deserved break and find some peace and quiet with us. 🍃 🧘♀️

⏰ Times:
Each date will include three 45-minute sessions offered in the afternoon:
• 1:15 – 2:00 PM
• 2:15 – 3:00 PM
• 3:30 – 4:15 PM
✅ Important Information:
• Sessions are 45 minutes long and held in small groups (approximately 7 participants per session).
• Please be available for the full session window when registering for a date (1:15-4:14 PM) Participants will be assigned a time slot; time selection is not available.
• Priority will be given to individuals who have not yet attended a session.
• Registration is based on interest in each specific event/date.
• One registration per person, per date.
