Join Yoga In Beautiful Places at South Ponto Beach in Carlsbad for a beautiful evening of beach yoga, guided meditation, a ceremonial fire experience, and a crystal singing bowl sound bath as the sun sets over the Pacific Ocean.

The Summer Solstice marks a powerful turning point in nature. It represents light, vitality, expansion, and possibility. This special beach ceremony invites you to pause, reconnect with yourself, and step forward into the next season with clarity and intention.

We’ll begin with an energizing Sun Salutation practice, moving through a rhythmic sequence of 36–54 salutations designed to warm the body, focus the mind, and awaken your inner light. Each repetition becomes a moving meditation, helping you build energy, cultivate presence, and connect with the Summer Solstice's vibrant vitality.

Following the flow, we’ll gather for the Ignite Your Light Fire Ceremony, a reflective moment symbolizing activation and possibility. Participants will be invited to pause, journal, or reflect on what they would like to ignite or step into during the months ahead—a new intention, quality, or vision ready to grow. As these intentions are offered into the flame, the fire becomes a powerful symbol of transformation and the light that lives within each of us.

The evening concludes with a deeply restorative sound bath meditation, allowing your body and mind to settle into stillness. Immersed in the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and grounding vibrations, you’ll relax beneath the open sky as the sun sets over the ocean, leaving you calm, centered, and connected to the expansive energy of the season.
