Summer Series: Yin Yogā with Briauna

Slow down, release tension and create space in the body through long-held, supported poses. This gentle practice encourages flexibility, stillness and deep relaxation. Led by Briauna, a 200-hour certified yogā teacher, this class is welcoming to all experience levels. Classes are guided by Briauna, a longtime practitioner and 200 hour yoga teacher.
Group sizes are kept small so each woman is seen and supported.
