Women’s Yin Yoga Summer Series
About this Event
This women-only Yin Yoga class offers a quiet, supportive space to slow down, release tension and reconnect with your body.
Led by Briauna, a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, the practice includes gentle seated and reclined poses held for several minutes to support flexibility, stillness and deep relaxation. You’ll be guided to connect with your breath, soften into each pose and give your nervous system space to rest.
Welcoming to beginners and experienced students.
Wednesdays from 6:30–7:30 PM
Beginning July 1
$22 per person
Yoga mats and props are provided. Please wear comfortable clothing.
Must register in advance to attend.
