Restorative Yoga Summer Series
About this Event
A women-only, expert-led practice for deep rest and nervous system care.
Each 60-minute class moves slowly and intentionally, holding a small number of fully supported postures with bolsters, blankets, and props. There is no flow to keep up with and no flexibility required. The practice meets you where you are.
Classes are guided by Malai Roper, PhD, a longtime practitioner and E-RYT® 500, with advanced training in restorative, trauma-informed, and gentle practice. Group sizes are kept small so each woman is seen and supported.
Arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle in before class begins.
Must register in advance to attend.
