In today’s social and political climate, the body is holding so much. Constant exposure to tension, division, injustice, and the pressure to keep pushing can leave many Black women feeling disconnected from rest, safety, and themselves. Inspired by the teachings of Dr. Gail Parker, this 2 hour restorative yoga workshop offers a gentle and supportive space centered around nervous system care. Through restorative yoga, breathwork, and guided rest, we’ll create space to regulate.
