You are warmly invited to join me for a deeply nourishing day created to support you in resting, resetting, and gently moving into the light of summer. Held on the energy of the Summer Solstice, this is a space to soften, release, and reconnect with what truly matters.

Held within a beautiful woodland-style yoga centre with peaceful gardens, we will gather in a calm, nature-filled setting that gently holds you as you unwind and return inward.
