Yr Ardd: Embodied Ecologies - Ecolegau Ymgorfforedig

Come see in the summer with gentle movement and community at global gardens

✨ Yr Ardd is a series of inclusive creative movement workshops taking place in the run up to the midsummer solstice.

🌀 Across 3 workshops and a community celebration, we’ll work with movement and natural materials to respond to the environment of the Gardens and its inhabitants at this rising point of the year. Each workshop will include embodied landing, guided movement, sensory exploration of the gardens and its inhabitants, time for reflection, and refreshments made from Garden produce. Join us for this gentle exploration into our embodied relationships with land, the seasons, and community. All ages welcome.

Each workshop will have a theme, and can be booked separately or as a series.

🍲 Dathliad/ Celebration :All participants are invited to a closing gathering on the 14th June, featuring a shared meal made with garden produce, alongside movement, crafts and storytelling

🌍 Accessibility & Inclusion:

• Open to all ages (children accompanied by an adult)
• No precious experience of dance or creative movement required - open to all
• Sensory and access map of the gardens available in advance - please get in touch to request

Bydd thema i bob gweithdy, a gellir eu harchebu ar wahân neu fel cyfres.

🍲 Dathliad / Celebration Gwahoddir pob cyfranogwr i gyfarfod cloi ar y 14eg o Fehefin, gyda phryd o fwyd ar y cyd wedi’i baratoi o gynnyrch y gerddi, ynghyd â symudiad, crefftau a storïau.
