Women's Only Self-Defence - Starter Block

Our women's only self-defence classes are fun, friendly and informative, and will teach you realistic self-defence skills while also improving your fitness.

This ticket covers two sessions so that you can get a taste of the class before signing up for a monthly membership.

Whether you're a beginner or have some experience, our classes are open to women of all levels. Our female lead instructor will guide you through various self-defence techniques, scenarios and striking exercised to help you feel more confident and prepared in any situation.
