2 hours of deep relaxation at the Woodland Retreat Centre - Llanishen Cardiff 😊🙏🟠 Friday - 27th March - 6:30pm to 8:30pm
🟠 We will start with gentle Yoga and a deep relaxation from the Gitananda Yoga tradition. We will then go into a full sound bath with Paiste symphonic gongs, Chau gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, handpan and other instruments. There will be organic chocolates to finish (please fill in dietary requirements when booking).
🟠 All abilities are welcome, come and let of go stress. Please bring a yoga mat, a bottle of water, pillow and a blanket. Anything you need to be comfortable.
