FIRE & ICE Experience in Cardiff | Hot & Cold Wellness (2hr)

Experience the ultimate fusion of heat and cold at Mountain Yoga, set against the backdrop of the Garth Mountain in South Wales.

This guided two hour contrast therapy session combines our super heated 42 degree Hot Pod Room with the UK’s largest naturally fed mountain plunge pool.

This is not simply a sauna and cold dip. It is a structured experience designed to build resilience, confidence and control through guided breathwork and progressive cold exposure.

Throughout the FIRE & ICE experience, participants transition between heat and cold in guided cycles.

Each round introduces practical breathing techniques and mobility work to help you stay calm and steady in the cold.

As the session unfolds, what once felt uncomfortable becomes manageable. Confidence builds. Focus sharpens. Energy rises.

Nestled within the natural beauty of the Garth Mountain, our plunge pool is fed by a pure, continuously flowing natural spring.
