About this Event

Don't Miss: Talk by Major Rosie Wild

Major Rosie Wild made history in 2020 as the first woman to pass the gruelling Parachute Regiment selection course, and join 16 Air Assault Brigade as a qualified paratrooper. While at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, she suffered a severe knee injury, pushed through, and was awarded the prestigious Sword of Honour, the award given to the top officer cadet.

Major Rosie will share powerful stories from her outstanding career - lessons in mental resilience, leadership and motivation, from passing P Company, going on operations with 16 Air Assault Brigade, including Operation Pitting in Afghanistan, to significant setbacks which she has turned into high performing opportunities as an elite professional triathlete, racing internationally for GreatBritain.

Grab a friend and come along! The cost includes a delicious curry dinner, and all proceeds from tonight’s talk will go to the Parachute Regiment Association and Support Our Paras charities, to support our veterans at risk. (The Cost excludes Eventbrite ticketing fees).
