Most of us arrive at midlife carrying a lot. And somewhere underneath it all, one question: is this it?

This is an evening to stop and take stock. To sit with other women and ask honestly: what matters to me now? What have I gathered? What am I ready to put down?

Autumn is a good time for this.

Two hours. A small group. A short grounding practice, a reading, and honest conversation.
