Begin your Mother’s Day weekend with a nourishing evening of grounding, aromatherapy, tea, and sound. We will start by gently grounding the body and mind, allowing you to fully arrive and settle into the space. Enjoy soothing aromatherapy, a warming cup of tea to support relaxation and presence. Once you are grounded and at ease, you will be immersed in a special 100-minute Cosmic Gong Bath. Reclined and supported, you’ll be surrounded by the powerful resonance of five Gongs. Their rich vibrations move through your energetic field, clearing stagnant energy and restoring the natural flow of vital life force. This meditative sound journey is more than simple relaxation.
The extended length allows the sound to work gently and deeply, offering profound spiritual, emotional, and physiological benefits. You’ll be guided into deep rest, renewal, and expansion, and softly brought back feeling grounded, refreshed, and restored. Gong Baths are not recommended for those with epilepsy, seizures, serious mental health conditions, sound sensitivity, metal implants/pacemakers, or those on heavy medication.
