This is more than just a meditation, it's a deeply relaxing experience designed to release tension, clear energetic blockages, and bring your body and mind into balance. As you lie down and get comfortable, the resonant tones of the 5 Gongs will wash over you, gently guiding you into a state of inner calm, peace, and rejuvenation.
