This is more than just a meditation, it's a deeply relaxing experience designed to release tension, clear energetic blockages, and bring your body and mind into balance. As you lie down and get comfortable, the resonant tones of the 5 Gongs will wash over you, gently guiding you into a state of inner calm, peace, and rejuvenation. There is no effort required, just close your eyes, breathe, and receive. This is a safe and supportive space to let go of stress, anxiety, and anything that no longer serves you. The healing sounds work on a deep energetic level, helping you reconnect with the present moment.
No prior experience is needed - just come as you are and let vibrations guide you into deep relaxation.

Gong Baths are not suitable for:
-Children
-Pregnant individuals in the first trimester
-Those with epilepsy, seizures, serious mental health conditions,
sound sensitivity, pacemakers/metal implants, or on heavy medications
If you are pregnant (second or third trimester), you are welcome to attend at your own discretion
