April Spring in Bloom Sound Bath

Welcome to Celestial Sounds

As we move fully into spring, April carries the enegy of awakening, expansion and quiet becoming. The Earth is softening, blossoms are unfurling and life is rising with renewed vitality. In the Celtic Wheel of the year, we approach Beltane, the fire festival of fertility, passion and creation - a time when trees blossom and possibility hangs in the air. This immersive sound bath is an invitation to align with that rising energy. Through crystal bowls gongs ,harp and gentle voice you'll be guided into deep rest while also opening into growth, clarity and intention. April asks us, What within you is ready to bloom. Come and lie down, be held in sound and allow yourself to soften into the season of renewal. Join us at Amersham Band Hall Friday 10th April . Tea and Chocolate will be served at the end.

Please Bring a yoga mat/something to lie on, a pillow and a blanket anything to make yourself super cozy and comfortable. The more comfortable you are the better the experience.Eye masks will be provided. I also have a few spare mats.
