As you lie down and relax, the resonant tones of the Gongs wash over you, gently easing tension, clearing stagnant energy, and guiding you into a state of deep calm and presence. No effort is required - simply breathe, receive, and let go in this safe and supportive space. The healing sounds work on a deep energetic level, helping you reconnect with yourself and the present moment. Gong Baths are not suitable for:
-Children
-Pregnant individuals in the first trimester
-Those with epilepsy, seizures, serious mental health conditions,
sound sensitivity, pacemakers/metal implants, or on heavy medications
If you are pregnant (second or third trimester), you are welcome to attend at your own discretion
