March may be called spring…but does your body still feel like winter?
This Yoga Day is held at a quiet threshold, at the Spring Equinox and just before the clocks move forward, offering space to slow down, nourish and refresh your body fully before life speeds up again.
What the day includes :
🔸 Gentle yoga and long, supported stretches
🔸 Breathwork and guided relaxation
🔸 Rhythmic drumming with guided inner reflection
🔸 An introduction to crystal stone healing
This is not about pushing or doing more. It is a day to soften, rest, and prepare gently for spring, held in a small, supportive group
