Sound Healing: Full Moon

Join us for a Full Moon Sound Bath, an immersive experience designed to support release, reflection, and realignment during the heightened energy of the lunar cycle.

The full moon is a powerful time to let go of what no longer serves you and create space for what’s next. Through the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other sound healing instruments, you’ll be guided into a deeply relaxed state where the body can rest, the mind can quiet, and the nervous system can reset.

This session will begin with a brief, intentional meditation to help you connect inward and set your personal focus for the experience. From there, you’ll be immersed in sound, allowing the frequencies to support energetic release and gentle recalibration.

No experience is needed. Simply come as you are, get comfortable, and allow yourself to rest.

What to bring

• Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on

• Blanket and/or pillow for comfort

• Water
