Rooted in Receiving is a restorative sound healing experience designed to help you slow down & reconnect with the part of yourself that is learning that you don't have to force your way through life to be worthy.

This is about creating internal safety, so your body can finally relax & receive.

Through immersive sound, guided meditation & self reflection you’ll be held in a space designed to nourish your nervous system, body & spirit.

Together, we’ll explore:

• reconnecting with the body
• releasing emotional tension
• cultivating safety and trust
