Join us for some conscious movement, a short meditation, and a deep and nourishing relaxation session, being bathed in sacred sound, healing frequencies and divine harmonics.
Using a variety of instruments from crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, healing solfeggio frequencies, medicine drums and more, Natalie Rosanne Hadlow (musician, yogi and qualified Integral Sound Healer), also uses her voice for deep and gentle healing activations.
Wear comfy loose clothing, and bring along a yoga mat, pillow, blanket and drinking water.
