We are thrilled to bring you more exciting news. Run Alex has partnered with Mkhwane SS Biokineticists to bring you a Runners Wellness Day on the 6th of July from 9 am.The Wellness Day will include:
- Health and Fitness Evaluation: Assessing current health status, fitness levels, and any pre-existing injuries.
- Movement Screening: Evaluating gait, posture, and running mechanics to identify any imbalance or areas of improvement.
- Workshop and Educational sessions on how to improve your running, effective recovery methods, nutrition, Q&A and more.
The Wellness Day is free of charge.
