WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE MISSED THE START OF THE COURSE?
Our course is structured in cycles. This allows us to accommodate entries throughout the month. We also structure repeats throughout the course. This means that you will automatically cover anything you missed at the start of the course later on in your course.
DO I HAVE TO BE FIT?
The great news is that you do not need to be fit to do this course.
You can be any age.
You don't need any prior combat or martial arts experience.
CLASS TIMES
Mondays 7.15pm - 8.30pm
Wednesdays 7.15pm - 8.30pm
Monday and Wednesday work is repeated on Saturday mornings
This means that if you miss a class in the week or if you cannot attend in the week at all and can only train on a Saturday, you can catch up or do the course in its entirety,
