ICON is the longest-running consumer hobby gaming and comic event in Southern Africa. Each yearthousands of enthusiasts converge from all over the country for a long weekend of interactive gameplay, comics & collectibles, hobby-related events, cosplay and screenings at this virtual Mecca for gamers and hobby enthusiasts.
As always, we have a theme – Old Skool! ICON hasn’t been around for a few years, and we are now going back to our roots, channeling past events held at the Edenvale and Jabula Recreation Centres.
Join us for a weekend jam-packed full of the best activities and competitions the geek world has to offer!

Friday 12:00pm - 6:00pm
Saturday 9:00am - 6:00pm
Sunday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Entrance fees:
R250 per person for a standard weekend pass (3 days), or R100 per day.
Tickets will be available at the door.

We have a wide selection of vendors offering comics, collectibles, art, games, geek paraphernalia, merch, geeky apparel, dice, plushies, figurines, crafts and more.
