Here’s what you can expect:

� The space to be vulnerable in a safe space. �
� Connecting and relating to others. �
� Snacks and refreshments. �
� We will be writing about themes surrounding mental health as it is Mental Health Awareness month. �
No previous experience necessary. Come as you are, just bring a pen and paper along.
