Grab your spouse or galentine to warm up and wind down at this unique couples’ event. Our 90-minute session will begin with partner stretching, learning to support one another through gentle guided bodyweight pressure, and presence. Enjoy quality time together with basic postures and laughter, and finish the evening with relaxing stillness and the grounding touch of hot basalt stones.
Prior yoga experience is not necessary!
To ensure each person is able to enjoy the warmth of multiple stones, space is reserved for only 4 couples.
