Open your heart to yourself on Valentine’s weekend! This gentle yoga practice invites you to nestle in, show your body deep care, and rest with abandon. After simple stretching and guided journaling, you’ll use a number of yoga props to support yourself in a long, juicy savasana. Your time spent in stillness will be enhanced by the addition of hot basalt stones for grounding and centering, and rich sipping chocolate will be served to sweeten the evening.

To ensure each person is able to enjoy the warmth of multiple stones, space is reserved for only 8 participants.
