Join me for a monthly chakra meditation sound series with essential oils, crystals and sound to pair with each chakra!
The root chakra, or Muladhara, is the foundation of your energy system, located at the base of the spine. It governs your sense of safety, stability, and connection to the Earth. When balanced, it fosters feelings of security, grounding, and vitality, helping you feel rooted in the present moment. This chakra supports basic survival needs, physical well-being, and the ability to build a strong, stable life foundation.
In this monthly series you will learn about and smell 3 different high quality essential oils and 1 crystal energy that pairs with and supports each chakra. This class is great for beginners or old pros as it is all about receiving the different healing modalities while calming and stabilizing your energy.
Class will begin with a few words on the root chakra, crystal and essential oils selected to support you. Followed by a guided root chakra meditation where you will drift off into a sound bath for the remainder of class. There will be an opportunity after class to purchase take home reiki infused crystal bath bombs as well as reiki infused crystal essential oil rollers.
Rebalance, reawaken, reward and reconnect to yourself with this chakra sound series.
