My loves
This is your invitation, from my heart to yours. To invite you to take a minute and pause.
We will be gathering in an all new women's circle, and I invite you to come as you are. Ready to exhale, to pause and to remember who we are when the world grows quiet.
I am wispering softly to you, come home to yourself!
In our women's circle we will practice breathwork, breathing deeply releasing modern day stresses as women we hold.
We will use gentle movement and let our bodies guide us into a gentle rhythm using yoga, tai chi, qigong and pilates.
We will use meditation to heal, to relax and let go.
There will be laughter, there may be some tears and connection that will remind you, you are not alone. A sisterhood is waiting for you, we will leave each other strong, renewed.
Come as you are, tired, curious or radiant and leave wrapped in love.
Details:
We will meet the first Saturday of the month 10.00-12.00.
There will be free refreshments and snacks.
There are yoga mats and blankets but you are welcome to bring your own.
You will need a journal and water bottle and your favourite blanket if it helps you to relax for the meditation at the end. We use Neils Yard natural oils for this and through out the gathering.
Each session we will have a theme with some activities included and all material's provided.
