Join us for a cozy and satisfying session as we build a beautiful meal from scratch (with a little help from ready-made puff pastry). Perfect for anyone looking to create an impressive yet approachable home-cooked menu!

Course Content:
• Salmon Wellington – Learn how to wrap and bake a juicy salmon fillet with garlic butter spinach and herbed cream cheese, encased in golden puff pastry (ready-made for ease).

• Warm Roasted Salad – A hearty side of asparagus, brussels sprouts and baby potatoes, finished with a simple mustard vinaigrette.

• Roasted Pumpkin Soup – A creamy, flavour-packed soup made from roasted pumpkin, perfect as a starter.
