Journeying Inward: Awakening SEEDS of Mindfulness
About this Event
🌱 Welcome to the Meadows
In the rush of our demanding days, it is easy to find ourselves running on empty, holding so much for everyone else while our own inner landscape grows weary. This July, Tulip Meadows invites you to rediscover the art of journeying inward and simply come back to yourself.
This 3-hour experiential workshop is a gentle invitation to step away from the doing, the planning, and the rushing. It is a dedicated space to simply be —to breathe, to notice, and to rest in the company of a supportive community. Together, we will explore practical ways to invite a sense of calm and presence back into our daily lives.
🌱 Cultivating Our Practice: The SEEDS Framework
This session is mindfully anchored in the SEEDS framework developed by Mindful Circle. Just as a garden requires the right elements to flourish, our inner peace requires specific seeds to grow.
Through this structured yet deeply gentle framework, we will explore:
· The Experience of Pausing: Taking a real moment out of a busy day to settle the mind and find a quiet space within.
· A Gentle Mindful Presence: Trying out simple, guided exercises that bring a soft, kind awareness to both mind and body.
· Bringing Awareness Home: Finding a simple feeling of stability that can naturally support you when you return to your normal routine.
By practicing within a small, protective gathering of no more than 16 participants, you are not just learning a technique—you are immersing yourself in a safe, shared space where your practice can take root naturally. Together, we will look at how simple moments of mindfulness help us pause, connect with how we feel, and return to our daily lives with a quiet sense of balance.
