Inspired by the women who came before us and carried so much for their families and communities, Sacred Ease is an invitation to pause, breathe, and embrace the sacred practice of receiving. This gathering is designed for women seeking space to reconnect with themselves, find rest, and cultivate peace in the company of other women.
Throughout the day, participants will experience a variety of wellness offerings including sound baths, guided meditation, line dancing, interactive workshops, and other services centered on women's health, healing, and well-being. Surrounded by nature and community, you'll have opportunities to reflect, create, learn, move, and simply be.
Whether you are seeking restoration, inspiration, healing, or a moment to exhale, Sacred Ease offers a welcoming space to step away from the demands of daily life and pour back into yourself.
Come experience a return to self, ritual, and reclamation.

Suggested Attire: Comfortable, cute, breathable fabrics you can move around freely in, as some of our workshops may be interactive. It is also suggested that you wear comfortable closed toe shoes you don't mind getting a little dusty.
Sponsorship or Donations : This Sacred Ease is free for women to attend. If you would like to support this experience and help us provide wellness offerings, meals, supplies, and resources, donations are welcome. Please contact [email protected] for more information.
Vendor Partnership: We are currently seeking vendors who sell wellness inspired, women centered items. Vendors are asked to pay a flat fee of $25. Space is limited, email me at [email protected] for more information.
