Our panelists represent the full scope of what it takes to bring a race of this magnitude to life — from the business of securing and operating a U.S. Naval installation, to managing series event operations at NASCAR, navigating sports licensing at one of the sport's most storied teams, and leading the charge as the track president bringing this historic event to San Diego for the very first time.
Women Behind the Wheel is a moderated panel featuring industry leaders from NASCAR, the U.S. Navy, and professional sports licensing — sharing their journeys and accelerating the conversation around women in motorsports and beyond.
🏁 The excitement doesn't stop there. San Diego is gearing up to host the NASCAR San Diego race at Naval Base North Island — June 19–21, marking a historic first-time event right here in America's Finest City. This panel is the perfect pre-race send-off to celebrate the women making it all possible.
