Rustic Ravioli Night

Join us for a relaxed, hands-on evening learning how to make fresh ricotta and parmesan ravioli from scratch. In this small-group class, you’ll mix and knead pasta dough, roll it into delicate sheets, fill and shape ravioli, and finish with a brown butter and sage sauce.
The evening also includes warm bread with olive oil and a dessert made by you or by Chef Carla. No experience necessary. Guests will work in pairs at shared stations. • This is a hands-on class — you’ll be standing and cooking for about 2 hours. There are stools for each guest at stations.
