Italian Summer Dinner | Chicken Piccata
In this hands-on class, you’ll learn to prepare Chicken Piccata, one of Italy’s most beloved dishes, featuring tender chicken cutlets in a classic lemon-caper sauce served over delicate angel hair pasta.
We’ll finish the evening with grilled peaches topped with mascarpone cream, candied hazelnuts, and a drizzle of honey—a simple yet elegant summer dessert.
The evening also includes warm bread with herbed olive oil. No experience necessary. Guests will work in pairs at shared stations. Limited to 8 guests for an intimate hands-on cooking experience.
