Join us for a relaxed, hands-on evening learning how to ricotta gnocchi from scratch. In this small-group class, you’ll mix and shape soft, pillowy gnocchi dough, then cook and finish it in a simple, flavorful vodka red sauce.
We'll walk through each step together with tips and techniques you can easily recreate at home. Once everything is ready, we’ll cook the pasta, finish it in the sauce, and sit down together to enjoy the meal.
Alongside the gnocchi, you'll also prepare a fresh arugula salad with lemon, olive oil, and Parmesan to round out the meal.
The evening also includes warm bread with herbed olive oil and a dessert made by you or Chef Carla. No experience necessary. Guests will work in pairs at shared stations. • This is a hands-on class — you’ll be standing and cooking for about 2 hours. Each station has stools for guests.
