Join us for a hands-on Gnocchi Class! Working in groups of two, you'll learn how to create a delicious, from-scratch meal that's easy to recreate at home. After the class, enjoy the meal you've prepared together.

Classic Potato Gnocchi with Garlic Tomato Cream Sauce
You'll learn:
How to make classic potato gnocchi from scratch
Rolling, cutting, and shaping gnocchi
Preparing a garlic tomato cream sauce and properly cooking gnocchi
Essential knife skills
* Beer, Wine or Non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase
*Class must have 4 participants otherwise may be canceled.
What if I have a food allergy? We will do our best to accommodate food allergies, but we cannot change class menus or guarantee that those with diet restrictions will be able to eat everything made during class. Cancellation Policy? All classes have a 48 Hour cancellation policy, You must email [email protected] to cancel an existing reservation. If you cancel within 48 hours, you are responsible for paying for the class.
Should I eat before class? All classes you will get to eat what you prepare, so plan on a meal at the end of class.
