Bring the flavors of the Italian coast to your own kitchen in this hands-on cooking experience.
In this class, you’ll learn to make fresh linguine completely from scratch, then master a classic Shrimp Scampi featuring perfectly sautéed shrimp in a silky garlic, white wine, lemon, and butter sauce. Along the way, you’ll learn essential techniques including fresh pasta making, proper shrimp cookery, building a balanced pan sauce, and timing everything to come together beautifully.
We’ll finish the evening with grilled peaches topped with mascarpone cream, candied hazelnuts, and a drizzle of honey—a simple yet elegant summer dessert.
The evening also includes warm bread with herbed olive oil. No experience necessary. Guests will work in pairs at shared stations. Limited to 8 guests for an intimate hands-on cooking experience. Groups of 6 or more receive discounted pricing. Email us at [email protected] for a group booking link. BYOB with beer/wine welcome.
