Meet Ali for our Sunrise Beach Yoga Club at Branksome Beach opposite the car park next to Rockwater. Join us throughout Summer so you can enjoy yoga in our beautiful beaches here in Poole. Make the most of the sunrise hours before work with this energising and uplifting vinyasa flow suitable for all levels of yoga! Sea dips are optional after the class. Bring a hot brew, your yoga mat or towel and the sunshine vibes!
Meeting- on the beach to the left of Rockwater Village. This is the dog walking part. Calm and friendly dogs welcome
