Begin your morning in stillness. This deeply restorative session with Amy honors the Waning Crescent's quietest invitation: to slow down completely, release the effort of the cycle, and let everything settle.
Drawing on her background in therapeutic yoga and trauma-informed teaching, Amy creates a morning space where there is nothing to achieve and nowhere to rush. Long-held shapes, soothing breath, and heart-centered guidance weave together into a practice that feels less like a class and more like a return: to your body, to your breath, and to yourself.

The Waning Crescent is the quietest, most inward phase of the cycle. This Rest & Integration window is your invitation to slow down completely and let everything settle. Classes are deeply restorative: gentle yoga, long-held stretches, soothing breathwork, and peaceful practices that help you rest, restore, and integrate all you've experienced.
