Early Nurturing with Lo Clifford
About this Event
The light is returning. Softly, quietly, without pressure or demand. This gentle evening practice with Lo Clifford honors exactly that: the tender energy of the Waxing Crescent and the invitation to rebuild with kindness rather than force.
Lo creates a space where you are not asked to perform, achieve, or push. Instead, you are invited to arrive exactly as you are and allow slow, restorative movement and intentional breathwork to reconnect you with the wisdom your body has been holding all along. This is a practice of remembering: that your breath knows the way, that your body carries the answers, and that growth does not require striving.
Expect a blend of:
✨ Slow, restorative movement to gently rebuild energy
✨ Breathwork to reconnect with your body and inner rhythm
✨ Heart-centered guidance rooted in innate wisdom
✨ Simple, grounding practices that leave you feeling cared for
✨ A warm, unhurried space for all levels
Come as you are. All of you is welcome here.
