Pilates Fundamentals Series
This 5-week class is dedicated to the roots of Pilates. It focuses on Joseph Pilates’s philosophy of deep core activation, breathwork, and spine mobility. This series will start with the basic concepts of Pilates, transition to traditional Pilates exercises, and end with modern variations. (Floor exercises included)
