Healthy Hips- July
Having strong hip muscles helps maintain your posture and improves your balance, stability, and range of motion.
In this class, we will work on a series of exercises targeting the muscles in your hips, glutes, thighs, and core. This class will include sitting, standing, and floor exercises.
