Painting Outdoors: Acrylic Painting Workshop

Spend a relaxed and fun day with artist and educator Sally Dean Mello learning acrylic plein air (outdoor) painting designed for complete beginners. All materials are provided and you'll be guided step-by-step through simple methods to capture light, color, and atmosphere from life. By the end of the workshop you'll have a finished study and the confidence to keep painting outdoors. Bring an umbrella beach chair, a hat, lunch and a small sketchbook. All paints, canvases and brushes provided. In inclement weather we will be under a tent or inside looking out the window.
