The workshop will encompass varying interactive elements focusing on nourishment through holistic health practices and therapeutic nourishment:

By the end of the workshop, participants will have practical tools, tangible tips and a deeper understanding of how to live in alignment with their menstrual cycles, both physically and emotionally.

📝What to bring : wear comfortable clothing, we will be sitting on the floor! A notbook may be useful if you want to take notes!

About Lilly and Natalie :

I am Lilly and I am a certified Hatha yoga instructor with a deep passion for cyclical awareness and living in tune with one’s menstrual cycle. My journey into this realm began with my own struggles with Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD), which significantly impacted my quality of life for many years. However, through the integration of yoga, meditation, therapy, dietary changes, and mindfulness, I have found a path to living a more fulfilled and harmonious life.

My name is Natalie, and I am a holistic health coach specialising in women's hormonal health. My path to becoming a health coach was profoundly shaped by my own health challenges, which propelled me into a profound personal development journey. Through practices such as meditation, conscious exercise, mindful eating, and journaling, I gained a deeper understanding of well-being and adopted transformative habits that significantly improved my quality of life. Motivated by my experiences, I became committed to empowering others by sharing these transformative insights.
