Come in, lie down, and get gonged! A one-hour program!

Give yourself the gift of an hour of total relaxation. Channel the energy of the May NEW MOON to refresh and reboot yourself. Jere will create a GONG VORTEX to envelop your body, mind, and spirit in healing and energizing vibrations. Take your own personal journey to a deep level of inner peace, rejuvenation, and re-energization. Raise your awareness of your Authentic Self, balance your energies, and flow into alignment with Universal Truth.

Saturday, May 16, 2026 from 7:00 - 8:00 pm

Spiral Light Sound & Meditation Center in the Redlands area of Grand Junction. Address provided upon registration.

• Doors open at 6:30. Please arrive before 7:00 to visit with friends (some old, some new) and get settled. The program will begin promptly at 7:00.
• Feel free to stay afterwards for herbal tea and great conversation.

WEAR: Dress in layers and wear loose, comfortable clothing. As a courtesy to others, please refrain from wearing perfume, cologne, scented body lotion, or other body fragrances.

BRING: A yoga mat or pad, blankets, pillows or cushion, and eye pillow or eye mask, as you will be sitting and lying on the floor. (Mats and other props are available at Spiral Light. Chairs are also available for sitting if you are unable to sit and lie on the floor.)
